You can edit your account info by accessing the account section located on the left side menu. Click on the three horizontal dots located at the top left of the webpage to bring up the menu.
Credits can take up to a month to be applied to your account. Once the materials have been returned and processed, we will apply the credit and notify you by phone or email.
You can update all your billing and shipping information in the ‘Account’ section of the website. If this is for an order that has already been placed, please contact us to make the change.
