• How do I edit my delivery date?

  From the cart page, you can edit your delivery date by clicking on the 'Edit Delivery' option presented on the checkout page. 

• Where are your products manufactured?

  Our products are manufactured in North America with the exception of some speciality stone, which may come from overseas.

• How do I edit my account info?

  You can edit your account info by accessing the account section located on the left side menu. Click on the three horizontal dots located at the top left of the webpage to bring up the menu.  

• Do you sell accessories to certain products?

  Yes. Many of our building materials require accessories. You can visit our accessory page, use the search bar or give us a call if you have any questions.

• Does Order Desk install products or refer customers to contractors?

  Order Desk is not an installer, but we can refer you to construction companies or individual contractors. Call Order Desk for more information.
