• How do I change my shipping address?

  To change your shipping address, sign in to your account and access the left side menu. Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of the webpage to bring up the menu then click on "account." 

• My shipping address is incorrect. Can you update my address for me?

  You can update all your billing and shipping information in the ‘Account’ section of the website. If this is for an order that has already been placed, please contact us to make the change.

• Do you provide any cost estimates or detailed drawing takeoffs?

• How much waste should be accounted for when ordering?

  It is recommended that you allot a minimum of 5% towards waste when ordering your quantities.

• How much should I allow for breakage/damage?
